    Last week, we had the pleasure of celebrating Seppo’s Name Day with a fantastic mini-seminar 🎉 Our event featured inspiring keynotes from Claudia Genin, VP, Head of Business Development & Sustainability at Metso, and Jaakko Paloheimo, Sustainability Manager at UPM Plywood. 📊 Claudia shared valuable insights on effective strategy implementation, revealing a 20-point increase in employee Net Promoter Score (eNPS) and over 90% engagement in strategy implementation. 🌍 Jaakko emphasized the need for concrete actions over mere discussions to drive sustainable transformation. We also showcased our ESG-themed games and introduced some exciting new product developments 🙌 A big thank you to our speakers and everyone who joined us to celebrate Seppo and explore how gamification can energize strategy and sustainability efforts!
