    Introducing AdaOne's Feature of the Day: Multi-process manufacturing. #AdaOne makes it possible to create robot programs combining multiple manufacturing processes in just a few steps. Robot cells can be configured with one or more process heads, for example a pellet extruder and a milling spindle. If even more flexibility is needed, each process head can have more than one manufacturing process and tool center point.     Automatic Part Segmentation for Perfect Process Repeatability As additive manufacturing technology advances, trajectory complexity increases. Many trajectory generations now use variable parameters, introducing a dynamic element to the printing process, commonly known as "non-planar printing." To ensure process stability, adjustments in energy input, material, or speed are necessary. However, some processes and materials have very narrow stability ranges, making it essential to keep parameters fixed to maintain a consistent printing process. This constraint often limits the applicability of non-planar printing for many processes and parts.   AdaOne tackles this challenge with **Abanico**, a feature that automatically segments a design into printable sub-elements with consistent bead dimensions.
