Wang Wei-Chih, based in Taiwan with Airbus Helicopters, began her journey as a Material Planner, managing the parts and resources needed for aircraft maintenance, repair, and overhaul (MRO) operations. Her work ensures that helicopters stay safe, reliable, and mission-ready. Now, she’s stepping into a specialist procurement role, ready to take on new challenges and broaden her expertise. "I was inspired by the process of flying a fully functional aircraft off the ground. Being part of this fills me with immense pride". As we wrap up 2024, we celebrate the inspiring stories of talented Airbus people like Wang Wei -Chih.
