    ⭐️ Meet #TheATeam… Today, we’re excited to share a story from our committed Roadside Network Team in China.   The team recently received a call from a man who was stuck in deep snow after his car failed to start, leaving him stranded and immobile. Responding without delay, an experienced technician was dispatched quickly who braved severe weather conditions to reach him. With temperatures dropping and the customer growing cold and hungry, the technician not only freed his vehicle getting him back to safety, but also took him food and drinks. The team told us “We are always going the extra mile to care for our customers by delivering exceptional support that exceeds their expectations”.     It can sometimes seem that "the other side" is more extreme than it is. In his fascinating article for Allianz, social scientist Christopher Bail breaks down why this is - and why we need to combat it.     #AmazingStories. A 16-year-old trekking the 96km Kokoda Trail in Papua New Guinea took ill and was initially diagnosed with gastroenteritis. But thanks to the expertise of a senior #AllianzPartners nurse, a life-threatening misdiagnosis was corrected.     Meet the A Team…Today we’re sharing Rhii’s story. While on holiday in Spain, a father suffered a stroke and severe concussion after a fall. His daughter contacted #AllianzPartnersUK, worried about hospital costs. Rhii took the call and, together with international colleagues, worked tirelessly to repatriate the patient safely to the UK.     🌟 Exciting Partnership Alert! 🌟 We are excited to announce that Allianz Partners has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Hyundai Connected Mobility, Hyundai Motor Company (현대자동차) and Hyundai Marine & Fire insurance. The four parties aim to develop together data-driven insurance products and to determine the best strategies for building and positioning Usage Based Insurance (UBI) products. The focus will not only be on data-driven product research and development, but also to explore further opportunities for cooperation to enhance the overall value proposition to the European Hyundai drivers.   A signing ceremony was held at Hyundai Motor Europe headquarters in Offenbach, Germany, on Thursday, March 13th, with representatives from all four signing parties in attendance.   Jean-Marc Pailhol, Chief Officer Global Strategic Partnerships, comments: “The partnership with Hyundai highlights our joint commitment to innovation for excellence.
