🌍 Successful Participation at Sibos 2024 🌍 We are thrilled to have participated #Sibos2024 in Beijing, which took place from October 21-24. Sibos is the annual conference, exhibition and networking event organized by Swift for the global financial industry gathering more than 10,000 decision makers and experts. 🌏 Key market trends were shared, and our managers made significant contributions through important conference sessions. 🎤 👉 Etienne Bernard, Global Head of Cash Management, joined a “Big Issue Debate” on the topic “As ISO 20022 reshapes payments, how can providers reshape themselves?”. The move to ISO 20022 reshapes the entire payments landscape and opens opportunities for payment providers to redefine their value proposition. 👉 Dominique Honore, Head of Global Trade Finance and Cash Management Products & Structuring, participated in the “A whole new (digital) world: where trade and payments meet” panel. Trade transactions account for 50% of global cross border payments and making these fast, transparent and efficient is essential. How can we unlock the alliance between trade and payments to deliver a joined up solution fit for the future? Philippe Brassac, CEO of Groupe Crédit Agricole, presided over a ribbon-cutting ceremony, marking a significant milestone in our ongoing commitment to delivering exceptional support and services to our clients in the Americas region. [#DEAL] ✈️ London Gatwick Airport Limited, the second largest airport in the UK and 8th largest in Europe, made its debut in the EUR market earlier in October with an inaugural €750m 9 Year Inaugural Sustainability-Linked Senior Secured Bond. The transaction, under Sustainability-Linked Financing framework that encompasses scope 1, 2 and 3 decarbonisation targets, is a major step towards the airport’s net zero objectives. With final books reaching more than €2.4bn, the transaction was a great success, with 51% allocated to UK & Ireland investors and 41% allocated to other European investors. 🙌 We are proud to have played the role of Joint Sustainability Structuring Coordinator and Active Joint Bookrunner on the transaction. We warmly thank London Gatwick for their trust. We also wish to congratulate our Sustainable Investment Banking and Debt Capital Market teams for their solid expertise that helped achieve such strong interest from investors.

We recently took part in the 3rd edition of the Charity Soccer Tournament organised by Sport dans la ville at the New York Athletic Club – Travers Island ⚽ We were thrilled to be part of this exciting event supporting over 350 young talents and promoting Franco-American exchange programs. The tournament brought together 20 teams on the field, competing with passion and energy for a great initiative. From competitive soccer matches to a French picnic, and many outdoor activities for families, it was a memorable day that truly showcased the power of sport in bringing people together. [#Deal] 💧SAUR has successfully priced an inaugural Blue Bond for EUR 550 million on 16 October 2024, the first ever in the EUR corporate public market. We accompanied Saur as ESG Structurer and Global Coordinator. A Blue Bond is a financial instrument that raises capital to finance the projects contributing to the water transition and the preservation of water resources through earmarked expenditures. Saur Blue bonds follow International Capital Market Association (ICMA) Green Bonds principles and guidelines relevant for the Blue bonds such as International Finance Corporation (IFC) Blue Bonds guidelines. The transaction gathered strong market interest and achieved outstanding deal metrics, illustrating investors' trust in SAUR credit strength and best in class #ESG profile This landmark deal is an important milestone for Saur and the ESG bond market as a whole. [#Deal] 🤝 Giving a new lease of life to the area of Milan historical hippodrome of Milan with the “Ex-Trotto Milano project”. We are excited to announce the closing of the financing in favour of AshITA Fund (“Affordable Senior Housing Fund”), co-invested by CDP through Fondo Nazionale dell’Abitare Sociale (FNAS), Banca Finint and Hines Italy, who is also acting as the development manager, to support the acquisition of an area to be developed into a social and senior housing residential scheme being part of one of the largest and most impactful regeneration projects in Milan, Ex-Trotto Milano. Ex-Trotto Milano is an urban regeneration and social project interesting ca. 130,000 sqm in the surroundings of the San Siro stadium, which will provide housing for more than 3,000 people and 12,000 sqm of amenities such as retail stores, schools and sport facilities. The project has the objective of promoting intergenerational sociality and #sustainability by having a strong component of green and public spaces while maintaining the perimeter of the historical hippodrome of Milan to preserve the identity of the neighborhood. The financed area of ca. 55,800 sqm is a portion of the Ex-Trotto and will contribute to deliver 360 senior housing units to promote inclusion and social activities and green spaces.
