Carbo tripled their product team within a year, thanks to sharp & scalable processes. Here’s how they made it happen: 📊 Centralized user insights: They consolidate feedback from multiple channels into a single source of truth, making general trends visible and prioritization easier. 🤝 Smooth collaboration: Carbo enables customer-facing teams to provide product feedback seamlessly. Product teams work transparently and leverage this feedback to shape the product. 🔄 Consistent feedback loops: PMs organize features through releases and notify customer-facing teams with a single click, closing the loop with customers and prospects who showed interest or expressed a need. This boosts user engagement and encourages even more feedback. ⚡️ Dynamic roadmap: With real-time data, their roadmap is flexible and evolves with new feedback. Carbo’s execution is nothing short of impressive, and we love how they use Cycle to achieve this level of efficiency. Big shoutout to Anthony Guennegou and the Carbo team for setting the bar high in climate tech product management! Curious about their full process? Read the full story. Link in the 1st comment. PS: They’re currently hiring Salespeople 👀

Sometimes, LLMs are down. But your feedback autopilot still needs to run. So we now automatically switch from one model to the other in case there's an error. That way, your AI requests get done in a consistent way. To further enhance robustness, we've also introduced a retry mechanism. If an error or wrong format is provided by the LLM, the prompt will be retried to ensure reliability. What have you found to be useful for maintaining AI user experience to its highest?

Throwback to our "Building an AI GTM Motion That Resonates with Your Customers" event in San Francisco last week. Here are some key takeaways: 🛡️ Trust is key: Set clear expectations from the start to build and maintain user trust. 💡 Value in sales: AI’s effectiveness in sales comes from its ability to deliver immediate, real value, such as identifying cost-saving opportunities or providing highly relevant insights. 🔄 Workflow automation: Break down complex workflows into smaller, manageable steps to enhance the accuracy and reliability of AI outputs. 📊 AI relevancy scores: Regularly monitor and refine AI relevancy scores through user feedback and validation to continuously improve outputs. ⚠️ AI hallucinations: These can erode trust. Handle them proactively and provide visibility and workarounds to your customers. 👌 Human touch: While AI-generated communications save time, they still need a human check for quality and relevance. 🔗 Integrations: Add value by integrating with existing customer stacks, rather than replacing them The energy was incredible, thanks to our fantastic panelists — Alfie Marsh (Toolflow AI), Caroline Clark (Arcade), Elaine Zelby (Tofu), Frank Mayfield (Attio), Mehdi Boudoukhane (Cycle App), and Jordan Crawford — and a terrific audience that kept the conversation going long after the event. For those who missed out, subscribe to our newsletter to get ALL the insights: cycle.app/blog. We'll also be publishing video snippets soon! Looking forward to the next ones — in Europe this time 👀

Concerned about sensitive information in feedback? 🛡️ We've got you covered. You can now limit access so collaborators only see the feedback they've created or are assigned to. 🔒 To enable this feature, just go to Settings > General and toggle the option.
