📣EDF Invest is delighted to announce the acquisition from Generali of a 50% stake in a high-quality logistics portfolio, OPPCI Parcolog Invest. OPPCI Parcolog Invest owns nine high-quality logistics assets in France worth around €400 mn, including a park comprising two assets in Moussy le Neuf, near Roissy, and two XXL platforms in Hénin Beaumont (Lille) and in Plaine de l’Ain (Lyon). The portfolio includes assets in Marseille Clésud, Avignon, Bourg en Bresse, Le Mans and in the Lille region. The co-investors plan to grow the portfolio over the next years through new acquisitions and developments in logistics. OPPCI Parcolog Invest has obtained a financing from a primary pool of lending banks: Crédit Agricole CIB, BNP Paribas and Société Générale. EDF Invest was advised by Baker McKenzie (legal), De Pardieu Brocas Maffei (fiscal), Cheuvreux (notarial), Deloitte (finance), Cushman & Wakefield (expertise) et Bureau Veritas Group (technical). 📣 EDF Invest is delighted to announce that it has reached an agreement, through a consortium with Vauban Infrastructure Partners and MEAG to acquire 100% of Cellnex Telecom’s Austrian tower business. The acquisition aligns with the consortium’s objective of investing in essential infrastructure, enhancing connectivity, and sustainable growth. The Austrian TowerCo, with approximately 4,600 towers and a 25% market share, is Austria's third largest and largest independent TowerCo. Austria has long been a leader in the European mobile data market, and this investment will help sustain high-quality mobile coverage nationwide. TowerCo assets are supported by a well-established business model that offers growth potential and clear advantages as data demands rise and coverage needs expand. 📣 EDF Invest is delighted to support Norlys Fibernet, leader in the fiber market in Denmark, on the acquisition of EWII Fibernet, the fourth largest market player. This acquisition will allow Norlys Fibernet to consolidate its leading market share and accelerate its growth by acquiring a fiber infrastructure network serving over 133,000 households in the Triangle Region in the Center-West of Denmark. Upon completion of the transaction, Norlys Fibernet will cover more than 1 million addresses in Denmark! About last week... Part of our team was in Bergen, Norway to attend our first Board meeting of Fjord1 AS together with our partner DIF Capital Partners. We are happy to share that EDF Invest has bought Memphis, a 14 415 m² mixed use building located in ZAC Paris Rive Gauche, Paris 13. The building, which has BREEAM Excellent certification and the WiredScore Gold label, was acquired in partnership with La Française Real Estate Managers. We were very happy today to see a fully-functioning hydrogen boiler prototype. In the future, this could replace millions of traditional gas boilers that today enable inhabitants of Madrid to get heating 🌡 and hot water 🛁 in their apartments and homes, but this time without any CO2 emissions ! This little box is of exactly the same size than a traditional gas boiler, and would therefore easily fit in the kitchen of hundreds of thousands of Madrid inhabitants, where today they are mostly installed. Congratulations to notably Madrileña Red de Gas, gas distribution network in Madrid, and Valliant, the boiler manufacturer, for demonstrating that decarbonation is progressing and becoming every day more concrete. #MadrileñaReddeGas #VaillantGroup #hydrogen #decarbonation
