MAP FORWARD aims to inspire our People Managers to navigate new technologies, champion human-centric leadership and foster innovation and experimentation, while strengthening their managerial skills to lead and embrace change in today's hybrid environment. In 2024, we proudly achieved the first milestone of our transformative journey. More than 900 Senior Managers from across the Group attended training sessions on new technologies, data, and artificial intelligence all over the world, driving our development forward.  The journey of MAP FORWARD continues as we will cascade this knowledge to over 8,000 Managers through a dedicated digital learning path, marking the beginning of an exciting new chapter. Generali's strong commitment to sustainability has once again been recognised by MSCI Inc., the index that measures companies' resilience to ESG risks. The MSCI analysis, which involves more than 8,500 companies globally, has confirmed the Group's ‘AAA’ ESG rating for the third year running, highlighting Generali as one of the ‘Leader’ companies, which have the highest score in terms of managing sustainability-related risks and opportunities. This isn't the only great news: Generali was confirmed for the seventh consecutive year in the Dow Jones Sustainability World Index (DJSI) and for the sixth consecutive year in the Dow Jones Sustainability Europe Index (DJSI Europe).
