Our future experts in arts and cultural management had the opportunity to take part in two landmark study trips, between Brussels and the Venice Biennale. 🎭 In Brussels, the MBA Performing Arts & Entertainment Management students plunged into the heart of European cultural policies. Under the guidance of professors @Alexander Ovechkin and Fabrice Bonniot, they met influential leaders such as Sylvain Pasqua from the European Commission, strengthening their networks and knowledge of the sector. Between artistic discoveries at the Ancienne Belgique and meetings at the @ULTIMAVEZ dance company, this trip offered them a total immersion behind the scenes of the entertainment industry. 🎨 On the other hand, our MBA in Arts & Cultural Management students had an extraordinary experience at the Venice Biennale 2024, this year curated by Adriano Pedrosa. Under the guidance of @Carolina Ariza and @Fabienne Bidaud, they explored the Giardini and the Arsenale, discovering visionary artists under the heading ‘Foreigners Everywhere’. [#ExperienceGalileo] 🙌 When creativity and innovation take centre stage at Penninghen Paris Design Week 2024! 🎨 Penninghen opened its doors from 6 to 8 September as part of Paris Design Week 2024, revealing five original projects by young designers graduating in the class of 2024. These works, which combine interior architecture, art direction and image creation, demonstrate a unique and visionary approach. 🌍 Five singular approaches, validated last June by a prestigious jury of 68 experts, chaired by Michael Amzalag and @Mathias Augustyniak of M/M (Paris). These creations, already acclaimed at the graduation ceremony, were staged in an immersive exhibition where each project was narrated by the voice of its designer. ✨ Among the projects on show, SATOR explores the memory of an abandoned village in Provence, while Pyrothèque pays tribute to buildings consumed by flames. Slán go fóill immerses us in the history of abandoned villages in Ireland, while Contre-courant questions the return to one's roots through a personal quest. Finally, Yunaleeza offers us a reflection on our relationship with images in the digital age, with a Mona Lisa who becomes an observer of the modern world. 👏 Well done to Penninghen for this magnificent exhibition, which highlights the talent and boldness of these young creators.
