In the UK and the US, nearly half of employees (47%) and two-thirds (66%) of CEOs say most or all of their stress comes from work, according to the 2024 Workforce State of Mind report by mental healthcare organization Headspace.   World Mental Health Day 2024 provides a valuable opportunity to open conversations about mental health, reduce the stigma surrounding mental illnesses, and with the theme this year in mind; providing support for all employees to ensure they have all the resources for their mental health and wellbeing.    All our employees have access to mental health support through our comprehensive medical health insurance and access to a 24/7 EAP service.
