THE FIRST PRIZE IN THE ADMINISTRATIVE CENTER OF KHANH HOA PROVINCE DESIGN COMPETITION Good news at the beginning of 2025: Huni Architectes' proposal in collaboration with Lequang-Architects (Berlin, Germany) has won the first prize in the administrative center of Khanh Hoa Province design competition. The project has a total investment capital of over 1,867 billion VND, covering an area of more than 9.2 hectares located in Vinh Thai Commune, Nha Trang City, and will be implemented from 2024 to 2027. On October 25th, Mr. Pierre Huyard, the Asia Pacific - General Director of Huni Architectes, delivered a presentation at the South Central Coast Urban Cluster Conference 2024, with the theme of Infrastructure planning and coastal urban landscape architecture adapting to climate change. The Association of Vietnamese Cities organized the event coordinated with the Tuy Hoa City People's Committee with the participation of leaders, experts, scientists, and delegations from many cities and towns across the country. Speaking at the conference with the topic "Urban Microclimate", Mr. Pierre Huyard emphasized: "This is a crucial factor in the process of sustainable urban planning and development. Changes in the microclimate not only affect the natural environment but also the health and quality of life. Therefore, planning solutions such as preserving and developing green spaces, managing water resources efficiently, and promoting green building practices are essential". Sự kiện do Hiệp hội Các đô thị Việt Nam và UBND TP Tuy Hòa tổ chức thực hiện với sự tham gia của các nhà lãnh đạo, chuyên gia, nhà khoa học và đoàn đại biểu từ các thành phố, thị xã trên cả nước. Chia sẻ tại Hội nghị với chủ đề “Vi khí hậu đô thị”, ông nhấn mạnh: “Đây là yếu tố then chốt không thể thiếu trong quá trình quy hoạch và phát triển đô thị bền vững. Sự biến đổi của vi khí hậu không chỉ ảnh hưởng đến môi trường tự nhiên mà còn đến sức khỏe và chất lượng cuộc sống cư dân đô thị. Chính vì vậy, các giải pháp quy hoạch như bảo tồn & phát triển các không gian xanh, quản lý nguồn nước hiệu quả và thúc đẩy các công trình xây dựng xanh là điều hết sức cần thiết”. FPT ARTIFICIAL INTELLIGENCE CENTER, QUY NHON, BINH DINH On August 18th, The Artificial Intelligence Center - Auxiliary Urban Area in Binh Dinh province, designed planning ideas by Huni Architectes officially took the groundbreaking ceremony. With a site of 93.24 ha, the project includes 3 functional subdivisions: Artificial Intelligence Center, Education, and Training Area; and Auxiliary Urban Area. FPT Corporation Investor implemented this ambitious project intending to build a model technology ecosystem; focus on researching and developing artificial intelligence technology; and create a modern urban area in terms of spatial organization, architecture, and landscape. The construction of the Artificial Intelligence Center - Auxiliary Urban Area in Binh Dinh province marks a significant step forward in the development of AI technology in Vietnam. It is expected to become a hub for technology experts and talent from both the region and around the world. / Ngày 18/8 vừa qua, dự án Trung tâm Trí tuệ nhân tạo - Đô thị phụ trợ tại Bình Định được Huni Architectes thiết kế quy hoạch chính thức khởi công.
