As part of our strategic vision, we have broadened our product offering beyond healthcare to serve the insurance sector, significantly expanding our TAM. Additionally, we are growing our footprint across new markets in Austria, Switzerland, Italy, Portugal, Turkey, and Slovakia. In alignment with these developments, we’re also excited to announce a shift in our leadership structure: 🔹 Gaël Constancin, the visionary behind our solution and key to achieving our CE marking, will transition to Chief Operating Officer, focusing on operational efficiency and product excellence. What are your target values for peak performance in freediving? 🏊♂️ For an apneist, mastering breath-hold techniques isn't just about skill—it's about understanding your body's rhythms and optimizing them. To conserve oxygen and maximize our breath-hold, the key is to stay relaxed and breathe calmly to lower our heart rate. The slower the heartbeat, the longer we can stay underwater! While I don't rely on specific measurements during a dive, I can feel my heartbeat slow down, and my body naturally enters a state of hibernation. It’s an incredibly soothing experience. Beyond the dives, I closely monitor my sleep stats—a critical component for recovery and ensuring I can dive deep all season long without fatigue. Sleep statistics provide valuable insights into our overall fatigue levels. I know I'm ready for my next dive when my heart rate drops below 55 beats per minute and my heart rate variability averages around 60ms. 🏅 i-Virtual is proud to support Eva in her journey and to help her reach new depths in freediving!

🏃♀️🏃♀️🏃♀️ C’est avec une immense fierté que je partage avec vous aujourd’hui un accomplissement personnel : j’ai terminé mon premier marathon ! ️ Le Marathon pour Tous, qui a eu lieu il y a une dizaine de jours dans le cadre des Jeux Olympiques de Paris 2024, était une expérience indescriptible. Après avoir eu la chance de gagner mon dossard pour cet événement historique il y a trois ans, courir ce marathon est devenu un objectif personnel majeur. Malgré la chaleur éprouvante, j’ai pu dépasser mes limites et je suis devenue marathonienne après 4h42 de course ! 🎉 Ce résultat n’aurait pas été possible sans le soutien inestimable de mes proches et de mes collègues qui m’ont motivée tout au long de ma préparation. Like many competitive sports, freediving causes its share of stress and sometimes anxiety as important deadlines approach. 🌊 Eva shares her breathing exercises with us. 🌊 To dive calmly, I use a few breathing exercises to help me concentrate and maintain a low heart rate. Snake breathing: This involves exhaling a stream of air through the mouth while limiting the flow with the tongue, for as long as possible. This mimics the sound of a snake and, by significantly extending the exhalation time, provides sensations of absolute relaxation. Square breathing: This involves inhaling while counting to five, holding for five, exhaling for five, and holding again while counting to five. Repeating this exercise for a few minutes has a very clear effect on the heart rate and helps refocus attention. These exercises help to become aware of your breath and reclaim these unconscious mechanisms! What are your favorite breathing techniques?
