Lectra Together, the onboarding program
New employees follow an onboarding program, based primarily on participation in the Lectra Together onboarding seminar, during which they learn about the Group’s strategy, organization, markets and products. This is a 2 to 5-day event, depending on the employee’s profile, for all Group employees around the world. It takes place on the Bordeaux Cestas (France), campus — the Group’s epicenter.
