We're proud to contribute by farming in harmony with nature. At our vineyard, we practice dry farming, meaning our vines grow without irrigation. This method conserves water and encourages stronger, deeper-rooted vines. By embracing regenerative farming, we enhance soil health and increase Soil Organic Matter (SOM), which significantly boosts soil water holding capacity.
