The OECD is proud to support the G7, under the Italian Presidency, in advancing discussions on #AI, #DigitalGovernment and #Digitalidentity through the following reports launched today:

This toolkit guides policymakers and public sector leaders in translating AI principles into actionable policies, improving operational efficiency, policymaking, public services, and transparency.
It highlights both opportunities and risks, offering practical insights and good practices for AI use in the public sector. The toolkit, produced by OECD - OCDE and UNESCO, reviews G7 trends in AI governance, showcases AI use cases, and addresses implementation challenges and policy responses.
It also outlines the key stages for the trustworthy development and deployment of public sector AI solutions.

This report presents examples of digital government services, including approaches to digital public infrastructure, provided by G7 members and Ukraine, aimed at improving access to public services and enhancing the user experience.
It also explores key enablers, such as government strategies and leadership, along with human-centered design approaches that prioritises users and their rights, needs and preferences.
