[📢 NEWS] RIVE Private Investment invests €20 million in LANGA INTERNATIONAL, a leading European independent power producer. By joining forces with historical investors RGREEN INVEST, Bpifrance, and SWEN Capital Partners, we aim to accelerate the construction of renewable energy assets in France, Italy, and Spain. This marks the second investment from our RIIF fund, exclusively dedicated to the energy transition in Europe, following its successful first closing at €180 million. [📣 Fund Closing] 🚀 We are thrilled to announce that 𝗥𝗜𝗩𝗘 𝗜𝗻𝗳𝗿𝗮𝘀𝘁𝗿𝘂𝗰𝘁𝘂𝗿𝗲 𝗜𝗺𝗽𝗮𝗰𝘁 𝗙𝘂𝗻𝗱 (𝗥𝗜𝗜𝗙) has reached its 𝗳𝗶𝗿𝘀𝘁 𝗰𝗹𝗼𝘀𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗮𝘁 €𝟭𝟴𝟬 𝗺𝗶𝗹𝗹𝗶𝗼𝗻. This achievement is powered by a cornerstone commitment of €100 million from the European Investment Fund (EIF) and the support of a range of institutional investors and family offices. With a managed fleet of 450 assets valued at nearly €1.5 billion, Northrail GmbH is at the forefront of modernizing and enhancing the efficiency of the rail industry. 🌍 As the majority shareholder, we are committed to provide additional resources to Northrail for the development of its leasing business, supporting its geographical expansion and further investments in new vehicle technologies. This investment aligns with RIVE's ESG strategy, promoting the decarbonization of land transport through modal shift and fleet renewal.
