“Faccio parte della Direzione commerciale in qualità di Responsabile Ufficio Contratti. In particolare seguo la parte documentale della contrattualistica relativa ai clienti: scadenze, nuove offerte e tutte le attività post-acquisizione. Rientra tra le incombenze del mio ufficio anche la gestione dei contratti di subappalto, per i quali posso contare sul fondamentale contributo della mia collega Fabiola Rizzuti. Il mio ingresso in questo mondo è coinciso con la mia entrata nel mondo del lavoro: nel 1997, dopo uno stage iniziato l’anno prima, sono stata assunta presso Palmar, allora guidata, tra gli altri, da Massimo Diamante. Ho iniziato occupandomi di Certificazioni poi, come responsabile della Segreteria tecnica, di Operation (quindi di consuntivi, logistica, veicoli e mezzi aziendali…). In seguito la mia attività è cambiata ancora, seguendo l’evolversi dei cambiamenti societari: ho trascorso alcuni anni affiancando l’Amministratore delegato nelle attività dell’Alta direzione e successivamente, in quella che nel frattempo non era più Palmar, mi sono occupata di Analisi della produttività e delle performance del personale. Nel 2017 ho l’opportunità di tornare a lavorare con la famiglia Diamante, in quella che allora era Res Nova. E torno ad occuparmi di certificazioni e contratti. Con la crescita dell’azienda e la nascita di Samsic ltalia le attività si moltiplicano. C’e una redistribuzione degli incarichi e io mi specializzo nella gestione dei contratti con i clienti. Mi considero fortunata perché il mio percorso lavorativo è stato sicuramente arricchente e perché posso dire che il lavoro, per me, sia anche una passione. Una delle mie passioni. Mi piacciono molto anche il cinema, il teatro, la televisione e la lettura, i viaggi. Gli impegni lavorativi e familiari non sempre mi permettono di dedicare a queste passioni il tempo che vorrei ma ogni tanto riesco a ritagliare degli spazi: l’ultima gita a Firenze con la mia famiglia è stata davvero appagante.
