Ce mois-ci ont eu lieu les réunions des tuteurs : un moment convivial pour partager les réussites et les défis afin de s’inspirer des actions des autres pour progresser. Être tuteur, ce n’est pas seulement transmettre des connaissances ou des compétences, c’est aussi inspirer, écouter, guider, et souvent motiver. Un rôle qui demande une grande implication, souvent dans l’ombre, mais dont l’impact est immense, notamment dans le développement des talents en entreprise. 💚 🔝A ce jour plus de 70 tuteurs accompagnent des stagiaires, des apprentis ou des nouveaux arrivants.
