About The Role:
Our client is looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Client Management & Marketing Intern to join their team. This role offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in client support, marketing and business development within a fast-paced tech start-up environment.
Your key responsibilities will include:
Client Support (primary):
- Provide assistance to clients via email, phone, and chat, ensuring timely and effective resolution of their inquiries
- Assist in onboarding new clients by providing necessary information and support
- Gather and document client feedback to help improve products and services
- Collaborate with the product and technical teams to address client issues and requests
- Assist in the creation and execution of marketing campaigns, including digital and content marketing
- Conduct market research to identify new trends, customer preferences, and competitor activities
- Help in the development and maintenance of marketing materials such as brochures, presentations, and newsletters
- Support the management of social media accounts by creating, scheduling, and analysing content
- Identify potential business opportunities and partnerships through research and analysis
- Assist in developing and implementing strategies to expand the company's market presence
- Participate in networking events, trade shows, and conferences to represent the company and build relationships
- Support the creation of business development materials and presentations
- Assist the sales team with lead generation and qualification through research and outreach
- Participate in sales meetings and training sessions to understand the sales process and product offerings
- Help in the preparation of sales presentations and proposals
- Support the sales team in maintaining customer relationships and follow-up activities
- 6 months full-time internship role
- Start date: ASAP
- Location: Perth, Australia
- Working arrangement: hybrid
- Monthly allowance provided to support some expenses
About You:
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Business
- Administration, Communication, or a related field
- Strong interest in technology and start-up environments
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with CRM and marketing tools is a plus
- Self-motivated starter and able to work as part of a team
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Critical thinking and problem-solving abilities
