As International Digital Manager, you will work in close collaboration with the Global Communication & Digital Director, and actively drive the digital acceleration of the Maison.
Your mission is to develop the image and business of Dom Pérignon through digital channels, and with its online distributors worldwide.
Working across new product launches, key commercial moments, and evergreen activations, you will focus on delivering best-in-class digital toolkits and support our regional markets with strategy and guidance to execute at local level.
MISSION
DIGITAL STRATEGY & ACTIVATIONS
Define the global digital strategy and roadmap for E-retail, brand website, and CRM in a context of digital acceleration
Develop digital activations for new product launches, key commercial moments, and ad hoc digital experiences - maximizing synergies across touchpoints
Deploy the strategy and plan across all markets
Collaborate closely with other departments of the Maison, especially social media, media, content, marketing, and business teams
Identify opportunities, develop new strategies, propose new tools and technologies to increase consumer engagement, conversion, and retention
E-RETAIL
Define Dom Perignon global e-retail strategy and associated action plan and content calendar, in order to develop brand business and image through our e-retailers ecosystem worldwide.
Produce bespoke contents and activations to ensure visibility and conversion on site (texts, visuals, videos, education tools, etc.) and off site (Social, search, media)
Develop launch kits and guidelines for each pillar of the brand plan, to help key markets leverage central assets and guidelines with e-retail key partners
Work closely with our key markets to ensure efficient deployment of the strategy and contents, to identify needs and opportunities, to measure performance through image and business KPIs
Ensure continuous monitoring of retailer.com pages to monitor product e-merchandising, price positioning, trade activities etc.
Create regular e-business reports highlighting brand performance and business insights informing the overall marketing and commercial strategy
BRAND WEBSITE
Define and implement the yearly animation plan of the brand website for each local version, ensuring alignment with brand global strategy and local calendars
Manage content creation and adaptation to animate the website throughout the year
Define SEO and SEA strategy to protect brand image, and boost conversion
Analyze performances and shares reports internally
Oversee website maintenance and compliance with IT and legal requirements
Initiates future e-commerce presence : strategy definition, business plan, value proposition, project framework and roadmap
CRM
Define Dom Pérignon overall CRM strategy and action plan globally
Create global CRM animation plan and ensures smooth deployment in all key markets
Provide creative and strategic guidance to help markets deploy local animations plans
Ensure efficient management of consumer data: collection through online touchpoints in compliance with GDPR, qualification and segmentation depending on campaign objectives.
Analyses performances and shares reports internally
PROFILE
5 years minimum experience in Digital Marketing & E-retail is required, in a similar position and environment
Passionate about digital, e-business, customer experience and data-driven insights, with a strong analytical ability
Fluent in English is required, with previous international experience/exposure. French is a plus
Direct and transversal management skills
Knowledge of webmarketing tools (CMS, OMS, ticketing, Web Analytics, A/B Testing, Adwords)
