He/She is creating & implementing the activation plan in accordance to the aligned strategy, in collaboration with the Global Brand Houses, Beam Suntory International teams, internal stakeholders & external providers.What makes this a great opportunity?Beam Suntory’s 10-year growth ambition relies heavily on the ability to premiumize and enhance the relevancy of BSI brands. The translation of long-term, brand-building strategies into actionable, insight-driven local plans will be absolutely critical to ensure our portfolio is embraced by consumers and trade partners.Be a pivotal enabler in shaping the long-term development of truly inspiring brandsOpportunity to work on one of our core categories and to lead planning as well as implementation of the brand strategyOpportunity to take ownership in the shaping of the recently created French structureFreedom to challenge, input and define the best approach to deliver best in class plansThe chance to influence with Market and Regional impact via collaborative relationship with Global Brand Houses and cross-functional ‘new markets’ teamsResponsabilitiesLead our Malts portfolio (incl. Laphroaig & Bowmore) on its premiumisation journey:Lead Annual and 3Y Growth Planning processes in close collaboration with the Brand House teamsDevelop, implement and track consumer-oriented brand activations in an omni-channel environment (Mass Retail, Cavistes/Specialists, On trade, e-commerce)Lead preparation and implementation of new products / limited editions launchesBrief, manage & coordinate projects with Creative, Media, Social/Digital, PR, BTL agenciesAlign all key decisions with relevant internal departments (incl. Sales, Finance and Supply Chain) to achieve annual targets and objectivesManage of 2 Brand Ambassadors (external resources)Manage and control annual marketing budgetsDefine and track brand KPIs, including Nielsen & KantarQualifications, Skills & ExperienceEducation: Master degree in Business SchoolMinimum of 6 years experience in a marketing role (in a luxury environment or in FMCG but with a strong interest and fit with super-premium/Prestige categories)Experience in managing a set of brands with a structured approachAbility to manage cross-functional projects - experience in working in a matrix organizationStrong analytical skills and knowledge of different continuous data sourcesStrong P&L and commercial marketing skillsDigitally competent, strong interest in consumer and category trends as well as Luxury categoriesSelf-starter, flexible - intrapreneur mindsetProven team player with strong collaborative approach - to lead, build, drive and inspireFluent French and English
