We are delighted to have recently completed an increase to an existing client's corporate loan to facilitate a purchase of shares from external shareholders to additional management shareholders.   Our client, a Jersey financial services business, needed to raise additional funding to create an innovative succession structure for the future leaders of their business, working alongside our dedicated local lending team to create a bespoke solution. This transaction further demonstrates our commitment to the Financial Intermediary sector in the Channel Islands and Isle of Man, supporting clients holistically with their banking, lending and wealth management needs.
