The Neighbourhood Square is part of the greater Neighbourhood precinct, a first of its kind in the area. The property, which was formerly unoptimized land, was converted to become a lifestyle hub that was so needed in one of Johannesburg's most esteemed Eastern Suburbs. The centre was conceived, re-purposed, financed, built and sold by Investec Property from the drawing board right through to the sale to Burstone Group Limited.
