At One Plan (Techstars ‘23) we’ve spent the last 4 months, since getting our license in January ‘24, piloting and improving our product.
In those 4 months, over 11,000 people dialed our shortcode *434#. We got a lot of feedback and made the necessary adjustments.
Nana Kwame Addo and I concluded the 4 month pilot with a trip to the region we plan to launch in to meet the necessary stakeholders, train our first batch of agents, get more in-person feedback from customers and establish the relationships necessary to meet our end of year target.
Looking forward to the next 7 months 👍🏿!
