𝗛𝗔𝗔 is the only trade body representing the interests of advertisers in Greece. It promotes a well-functioning, transparent, inclusive and responsible environment, for the benefit of brands, consumers and all other advertising & marketing industry stakeholders. Founded in 1978, it is today the leading voice for over 95 brands across FMCG, Retail, Telecommunications, Energy, Banking, Insurance, Health, Gaming, Food & Beverage etc that represent by far the biggest part of the total advertising spend in Greece. As of its first day of operation it has been a member of the 𝗪𝗼𝗿𝗹𝗱 𝗙𝗲𝗱𝗲𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗼𝗳 𝗔𝗱𝘃𝗲𝗿𝘁𝗶𝘀𝗲𝗿𝘀 (𝗪𝗙𝗔) and since 2021, a member of the 𝗚𝗹𝗼𝗯𝗮𝗹 𝗔𝗹𝗹𝗶𝗮𝗻𝗰𝗲 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗹𝗲 𝗠𝗲𝗱𝗶𝗮 (𝗚𝗔𝗥𝗠). HAA is a founding member of the Greek advertising self-regulatory body, in order to safeguard that advertising and marketing communications are implemented responsibly and that the industry is trusted by advertisers, legislators and the public. Here’s how: ✅ 𝗭𝗲𝗿𝗼 𝗣𝗹𝗮𝘀𝘁𝗶𝗰: Eliminated all single-use plastics 🚫🚫 ✅ 𝗣𝗹𝗮𝗻𝘁𝗮𝗯𝗹𝗲 𝗕𝗮𝗱𝗴𝗲𝘀 & 𝗟𝗮𝗻𝘆𝗮𝗿𝗱𝘀: Made from seed paper 🌼🌼🌱 ✅ 𝗠𝗶𝗻𝗶𝗺𝗮𝗹 𝗣𝗿𝗶𝗻𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴: Only FSC-certified paper was used 🌳 ✅ 𝗦𝘁𝗮𝗴𝗲 𝗽𝗿𝗼𝗽𝘀: Made from recycled ♻ IKEA employee uniforms ✅ 𝗭𝗲𝗿𝗼 𝗪𝗮𝘀𝘁𝗲𝗱: 113kg of recyclable materials ♻♻ (#glass, #aluminum, #paper and #plastic) were transported for recycling in a certified facility, preventing their disposal in landfills🚯, saving water 💧💧 resources equal to 304.75lt and reducing CO2 emissions 🏭 by 0.51kg ✅ 𝗙𝗼𝗼𝗱 𝗱𝗼𝗻𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀: Remaining food 🥙🍪🍰and drinks🍷🍷 were donated to Boroume.
