With the renovation of the emblematic building of our Headquarters, OTE Group is entering a new era, placing people and the environment at the epicenter. Delighted to have been given the opportunity to share views with such distinguished and carefully selected members of the RE market during the works of the 17th RED Meeting Point -so well organized by ered.gr - Greek Real Estate & Development Magazine. Taboureas Georgios and Krysta Petropoulou participated in panel discussions titled "Retrofitting & Repurposing existing buildings: It's all about CapEx" and "Ways to comply with new regulations: Navigating the built environment's road to net zero”, emphasizing OTE Group of Companies (HTO) steady commitment to sustainable development and meeting ESG criteria. In this context, all properties OTE Estate radically renovates, either for use by our group or for lease to third parties, are LEED or BREAM certified.
