We are currently looking for a Business Financial Analyst to join our Strategy & Performance team, part of our M Energy Customer Solutions Division.

Your role will encompass:

• Monitors key performance indicators for the retail arm of a utility and extract insights to drive business decisions
• Works closely with various stakeholders to gather raw data and agree on best practices to develop relevant key performance indicators to monitor business performance
• Devises specifications for business intelligence reports according to business needs and liaise with technical teams for their implementation and maintenance
• Contributes to the business planning, budgeting and forecasting processes and perform monthly variance analysis versus budget and rolling forecasts
• Prepares internal management reports, compliance reports and other ad-hoc analyses or reports according to management requirements

What you bring to the role:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Account, Economics or realted field
• MSc in Finance or other relevant field would be considered an asset
• 2+ years' experience in Financial Analysis and Reporting preferably in the Retail, Energy, Audit or Telecoms sector
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other financial software
• Strong verbal and written communication skills both in Greek and English language
• Excellent quantitative skills, attention to detail and solid organizational skills
