We are currently looking for a Financial Controller to join our team located in Paiania.

Your role will encompass:

• Responsible for monthly financial reports and month-end closing activities
• Preparation of monthly financial reports for Management and Operations teams
• Monitoring of monthly results against budget, analysis and interpretation of variances at country and project level
• Auditing project invoices/expenditures and ensuring their compliance with the company's revenue recognition policies
• Monitoring project financial performance to ensure progress according to budget, while identifying potential future financial issues
• Support the Sales and Operations team on matters requiring financial, accounting and reporting guidance
• Effective collaboration with all company departments ensuring timely and accurate completion of all monthly end close tasks
• Support in the budgeting process and preparation of business plans
• Continuous review of internal reporting procedures and proactively suggest improvements while assisting in their implementation
• Prepare ad hoc reports as required
• Support internal and external audits

What you bring to the role:

• Bachelor's degree in Economics, Finance or similar field
• A Master's degree will be considered as an asset
• Approximately up to 5 years of experience in a similar position
• Excellent knowledge of Excel, PowerPoint and other MS Office applications
• Strong attention to detail and familiarity with fast paced environment
• Knowledge of ERP systems (preferably SAP)
• Excellent knowledge of the English language
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Completed military obligations for male candidates
