Sales Executive (Marine)

Optimal, on behalf of its client, a dynamic industrial lubricants distributor, is seeking to recruit a Sales Executive (Marine) based in Athens.

Job Summary

As a Sales Executive in the marine lubricants industry,you will focus on identifying and securing new business opportunities, building a strong customer base, and driving revenue growth.

What you will focus on

• Develop and execute strategies to identify and capture new business opportunities in the marine lubricants sector
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders
• Monitor and analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities
• Negotiate pricing and terms with customers, ensuring profitable deals while meeting sales targets and KPIs
• Promote products based on benefit selling

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics or technical background
• 3-5 years of sales experience preferably in a similar position in marine sales
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects
• Extensive skills in analyzing, presenting and discussing various solutions with the customers
• Understanding customer needs and proposing the optimum solutions
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
• Must be able to clearly communicate the product value proposition to the customers
• Ability to craft presentations and respond to written communications
• Desirable customer and local market knowledge
