Our latest eNPS survey reflects a strong 86.04%, which, honestly, although slightly lower than the previous quarter, remains a solid benchmark in the industry, and we know how to grow it again! At amma, we measure team dynamics in various ways, said Valeria Sobinina our HRBP. Regular eNPS surveys are a key metric that reflects how likely team members are to recommend a company as a wonderful place to work. Our custom eNPS survey includes questions grouped into twelve key metrics. Based on the results, we prioritize management and HR activities to address areas that need improvement. We're especially proud of the top 3 areas rated by our team: Recognition and Feedback, both scoring 97.1%, and Initiative Support at 92.11%. These figures highlight our commitment to fostering a supportive environment with open communication. What we need to fix? Looking ahead, we’ll focus on enhancing Work-Life Balance (75.21%), Retainer and Bonuses (75.44%), and Colleague Relationships (82.04%). These areas are crucial for remote, multicultural teams like ours, and we’ve already outlined targeted initiatives to address them. We are very appreciative to our team for their participation and trust—their feedback is invaluable as we continue to grow and improve together. #femtech #team #eNPS

Building a community is more than just a feature—it’s part of our mission to make families happier! When developing amma pregnancy tracker we realized that expectant mothers need more than just information; they need emotional support, too. So, we’ve created a safe space where moms-to-be can share advice, connect, and feel supported throughout their journey. Our growth team headed by Maria Surkova with UX research and growth processes, ensuring the community meets the real needs of its users. Spain was our first stop. As Stanislav Prodan, our CPO, explains: "Creating a global community at once is impossible. It requires local expertise, management, and moderation." Since our product team is based in Spain, it was the perfect place to begin. In just three months, we’ve built a thriving community that’s growing rapidly, with active members doubling month over month. This is just the beginning. #Femtech #CommunitySupport #MaternalHealth

"We have successfully obtained SOC 2 Type 1 certification and are now on track to achieve SOC 2 Type 2," Boris Shkolnikov amma.family's CTO confirmed last week. SOC 2, or "System and Organization Controls," is a crucial foundation for guaranteeing the highest levels of data security and privacy. The Type 1 certification is a critical first step in establishing that we have the necessary systems, policies, and controls in place to safeguard sensitive information. SOC 2 Type 1 certification demonstrates our dedication to providing a safe and trustworthy environment for our users. We are now aiming towards SOC 2 Type 2 accreditation. The next phase will include a rigorous audit approach to assess the effectiveness of our controls over time. Unlike Type 1, which provides a snapshot of our systems at a certain point in time, SOC 2 Type 2 will verify that our processes are consistently reliable and secure. It is a continual endeavor to ensure that we not only meet but also exceed industry data protection requirements. Receiving these certificates is more than just compliance; it is about gaining your trust. In the femtech industry, where sensitive health data is a key pillar, protecting the privacy and security of such information is critical. We recognize the value of your trust and are committed to sustaining it via transparency, vigilance, and ongoing development. As we work towards SOC 2 Type 2 certification, we are committed to improving our security measures and providing the safest experience for our users. #DataSecurity #PrivacyMatters #SOC2Compliance #FemtechInnovation #TrustAndTransparency

As a mentor and expert, it was heartening to see startups focusing on women's health, said our BDD Kate Eliseeva, after #websummit2023. For more insights - see the link below! https://lnkd.in/d57kHg-e
Just returned from Web Summit 2023, brimming with fresh ideas and renewed energy. Over four days, I was immersed in an incredible amalgamation of networking, meetings, discussions, and consequently, a wealth of inspiration for growth and development. This event was a fantastic platform to explore an array of innovative concepts, connect with remarkable individuals, delve into tech innovation, and as a bonus, relish the beauty of Lisbon. As I continue to process the insights gained during this enriching business trip, here are some preliminary thoughts: - The conference highlighted numerous points and trends relating to AI and a more mindful future. It was an exceptional opportunity to discover innovative ideas, forge new contacts, connect with remarkable individuals, and delve into the tech innovation and venture area. - I attended several AI sessions and Venture Funds panels. The discussions underscored the transformative role of AI in shaping our work and lifestyle. It's important to remember that AI is merely a tool. - I was particularly struck by the emphasis on women's roles in technology. The gender gap is closing as more women are being offered career opportunities. It was inspiring to see so many brilliant women and women-led companies making significant strides. - As a mentor and expert, it was heartening to see startups focusing on women's health, mental health, and wellbeing. I found it intriguing how these initiatives could be integrated into amma pregnancy tracker A huge thank you to Oscar Ramos for our enlightening discussion, to Divergent Investments - Private Equity 5.0 for the amazing meeting and to Zubr Capital Investment Company for organizing such a fantastic event!
