The event had an incredible turnout, fostering dynamic discussions and enriching interactions throughout the event! Participants departed with a renewed sense of empowerment, equipped with valuable insights and actionable skills. This year’s theme for IWD is “Accelerate Action”, emphasizing the importance of taking informed and decisive steps toward gender equality. Key Takeaways from the Workshop: 💡Challenging Gender Bias:  Participants learned to recognize and confront bias in conversations and decision-making processes, fostering a more inclusive environment. 💡Confidence in High-Stakes Situations: Essential tools were shared to help individuals assert their ideas effectively and navigate challenging feedback with confidence. 💡Courageous Conversations: Skills were cultivated to engage in difficult conversations with emotional intelligence and clarity, promoting open dialogue. 💡Turning Insight Into Action: The ‘BRAVE’ exercise equipped participants with strategies to effectively communicate and engage in constructive dialogue.
