KML actively cooperates with local colleges and supports young people's career development in muti-aspects. This year we continue to offer the Apprenticeship Training Programme endorsed by the Vocational Training Council (“Programme”) to provide students with an immersive working environment. Through the apprenticeship, trainees can better understand their strengths, weaknesses and the types of jobs they are good at, thereby discovering their interests and stimulating their potential, and equipping themselves early before entering the workplace. Our CFO, HR team and Sustainability team members recently attended an impactful Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) World Record Ambassador Certification Workshop. The workshop featured experiential activities and insightful career sharing. We also gained practical knowledge through real case sharing and had a fascinating site visit to the Kowloon City District Office.   We are immensely grateful for this opportunity, as it deepened our understanding of the SDGs and empowered us to contribute to a sustainable future. We organised a delightful tea gathering exclusively for our female colleagues on the International Women's Day. It was a heartwarming event where we had the opportunity to connect, appreciate, and empower each other.   As a token of our appreciation, we distributed tailor-made tea bags to our female staff members. Along with the tea bags, we also shared a "330 well-being Tips for Women." The tips encompass valuable insights and practical suggestions to nurture the body, mind, and spirit.   But that's not all! We believe in inclusivity and understand the importance of fostering harmonious family lives. Therefore, we encouraged our male colleagues to participate in spreading joy and love. We invited them to send blessings and warm wishes to their important women, creating an atmosphere of love, respect, and support.   We firmly believe that empowering women is essential for a thriving workplace and society.
