This inclusion signifies a significant achievement for 𝗦𝘁𝗲𝗹𝗹𝗮, as it's expected to enhance our market visibility and liquidity by broadening our investor base. The inclusion in the 𝗛𝗦𝗖𝗜 was a prerequisite for being included in 𝗦𝘁𝗼𝗰𝗸 𝗖𝗼𝗻𝗻𝗲𝗰𝘁, which allows 𝗦𝘁𝗲𝗹𝗹𝗮 to be traded on both the Shenzhen and Shanghai stock exchanges. 𝙆𝙚𝙮 𝘿𝙖𝙩𝙚𝙨 & 𝙃𝙞𝙜𝙝𝙡𝙞𝙜𝙝𝙩𝙨: • 𝗦𝗲𝗽𝘁𝗲𝗺𝗯𝗲𝗿 𝟲, 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟰 (𝗮𝗳𝘁𝗲𝗿 𝗺𝗮𝗿𝗸𝗲𝘁 𝗰𝗹𝗼𝘀𝗲): Constituent changes to the HSCI will be implemented, with Stella becoming a part of the index. • 𝗦𝗲𝗽𝘁𝗲𝗺𝗯𝗲𝗿 𝟭𝟬, 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟰: Stella's inclusion in the HSCI takes effect, and our shares become tradeable via Stock Connect (港股通) on both the Shenzhen and Shanghai stock exchanges. • 𝗦𝘁𝗼𝗰𝗸 𝗖𝗼𝗻𝗻𝗲𝗰𝘁 (港股通): This inclusion provides investors from mainland China access to Stella's shares, potentially increasing trading volume and expanding our investor base. This rating upgrade reflects our on-going efforts to adopt more sustainable and transparent business practices. Following the guidance of our four Sustainability Development pillars and the "One Stella, Smart Stella" blueprint, some milestones achieved in the past year include: 🌱 Sourcing over 6% of our total energy used from renewable sources 🌍 Initiated a group-wide Scope 1-3 carbon inventory adhering to the ISO 14064 standard 📊 Increased the average training hours of our employees by three-folds 💻 Implemented various digital tools to support more operation efficiency and enhance ESG management 𝗠𝗿.
