What is your mission?

  • Oversee the day-to-day operation of the centre operation
  • Allocate manpower resources
  • Ensure KPI is met with the guidelines and service standard
  • Provide training, coaching, and feedback to enhance individual and team performance.
  • Handle escalated customer inquiries and complaints, resolving issues promptly and effectively.
  • Conduct and attend regular team meetings to review performance and update current progress against operational targets ensuring customer expectations are met in full.
  • Prepare regular and ad-hoc reports


Who are we looking for?

  • 5-day work a week
  • At least 2+ years’ experience of leading a team
  • Knowledgeable and experience in customer service/ call centre/ automotive service will be an advantage
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Mature, customer-oriented and highly self-motivated with a positive attitude
  • Able to work under pressure with good problem-solving skills
  • Excellent command of both written and spoken English, Cantonese and Putonghua
  • Flexibility to work in rotating shifts, including weekends, holidays, and adverse weather conditions.
