CSR Compliance Executive

To cope with our business expansion, we are now looking for a high calibre to join us:

Job Responsibilities

• Directly reporting to CSR Manager;
• Conduct compliance assessment, data maintenance, reporting, and communication for CSR enhancement;
• Risk mitigator - develop and implement a robust monitoring system to track supplier compliance and performance risk assessments, due diligence check, supply chain continuous improvement programs, and support the development and enhancement of social compliance policies, procedures, and best-practice;
• Reporting and documentation - ensure data integrity and construct high-level summaries/ presentation materials for management;
• Stakeholder engagement – consult, convince, and align with internal and external stakeholders for successful collaborations according to KPI;
• Capacity building - train suppliers regularly to keep suppliers abreast of latest regulatory requirements;
• Support administrative work for team such as inspection arrangements/ costing/ claims enquiries/ payments;
• Assist in any ad hoc projects as assigned.

Job Requirements

• Degree-holder in Social Responsibility, Sustainability and Compliance, Business Administration, or equivalent;
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in responsible sourcing, including social or environmental compliance topics across China and/or Southeast Asia in the apparel industry;
• Ability to review, analyze, compare, and instruct for corrective actions (e.g., ICS, WRAP, amfori BSCI, SMETA, WCA, Worldly/ HIGG, Blue Sign, ISO 14001, LWG, etc.) with good sense of circular economy and climate change;
• Detail-minded, proactive, analytical and ability to prioritize;
• A good communicator and problem-solver;
• A team collaborator but an independent thinker;
• Willingness to travel as required (below 10%);
• Language proficiency: spoken and written English & Mandarin. Any other foreign languages / Cantonese are a plus;
• Good command of MS Office (Excel and PowerPoint)
