Responsibilities

- Manage Data Centre operations, together with level 2 apps and infra support teams

- Drive the continuous improvement of banking Applications and Infrastructure availability

- Drive program effort on incident prevention and proactive incidents identification/resolution

- Ensure the bank meet and exceed HKMA and MAS requirements on service availability and incident recovery turn-around-time

- Collaborate with 1.5 and second line to ensure effective incident prevention and communication

- Manage Incident/Problem/Change management team

- Work effectively with Group Technology Command Centre to manage group/local incidents and problem resolutions

- Build culture of relentless root cause actions and zero repeated issue


Requirements

- Minimum 5 or more years of experience in similar Infrastructure or Applications Services (run) role

- Worked in banking industry, either in Internal IT or service provider roles, but focusing on managing operations delivery

- Strong and demonstrated track record in leading IT Service management (incident/problem/change) and service level management

- Experience in managing outsource partners an added advantage
