About The Role
Reporting to the Director, President’s Office, North Asia, the Head of Leadership Communication is to shape and deliver effective and impactful content to support the communication of North Asia leadership team to both internal and external audiences.

Reporting to the Director, President’s Office, North Asia, the Head of Leadership Communication is to shape and deliver effective and impactful content to support the communication of North Asia leadership team to both internal and external audiences.
Impact You Can Create at Chanel
- Work with the Culture and Communications function lead to develop the communication posture and content targeting the right audiences and defining the touch points and frequency of communication for North Asia leadership team.
- Ensure the communication conveys clear and impactful messages, in alignment of Chanel’s strategy, value, and individual styles.
- Work with subject matter owners and experts to curate content to support the communication roadmap and ensure a seamless and timely execution to achieve the desired outcomes.
- Work with Culture and Communication teams, Digital Experience team and external vendors to orchestrate and gatekeep quality of communication delivery.
- Build and maintain external relationships with business media, press and platforms to ensure leadership presence and identity in alignment with Chanel’s culture and values.
- Constantly evolve the format of communication leveraging latest technologies.
- Leveraging communication as the enabler to achieve the strategic intent of the region.
- Creating impactful and on-point communication content at the right time in the right place with the right audiences.
- Safeguarding the brand and image by striving for the best quality in communication, both internally and externally and to mitigate any potential risks to Chanel.
- Seasoned and mature communications and foresight, earned through proven achievements in multinational companies.
- Proven track record in leading the communications function at a similar scale organisation.
- Innovation and creativity, with different approaches to problem solving and resolution.
- Strong business acumen and pro-active adaptability to the changes in the external business, economic and people environment.
- Strong influencing and analytical skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, and the ability to build strong relationships and partnerships with individuals from both internal and external parties.
- Self-reflective and purposeful about seeking opportunities to elevate their performance.
- An experienced people leader and with a passion to develop and look after the well being of our people as part of the Leadership Team for North Asia.
- Excellent spoken and written English; Mandarin would be an advantage.
