Responsibilities
- Perform end-to-end recruitment including job posting, CV screening, interviewing, preparing employment contracts and pre-onboarding preparation
- Be responsible for daily operations and administrative matters including pre-onboarding, onboarding, orientation, documentation, filing, invoice handling, MPF application
- Prepare employees’ profiles and ensure high accuracy of data input
- Ensure HR system and Recruitment system are updated and accurate
- Support pre- / post-job fairs logistics and preparation and attend recruitment events
- Assist in staff retention program and employer branding campaigns
- Bachelor Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or any related disciplines
- 0-2 years of recruitment experience or HR generalist experience in sizable company
- Experience in hiring front-line or production staff
- Proficient in MS Office. Knowledge in SAP is advantage
- Responsible, detail-oriented and able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Good COMMAND of both written and spoken English and Chinese
- Candidate with more experience will be considered as Assistant Officer
