They are also introduced the background of this special day and treated to pink sweets. Happy Diwali! HAESL celebrated this important Indian festival yesterday with the whole company. Aromatic chai milk tea was served during the morning tea break, while a colourful #Rangoli display, crafted from colourful sand patterns, marigold flowers and lights, was meticulously created by our Indian colleagues and showcased in the canteen. During lunch breaks, a delightful spread of Indian snacks were on offer while colleagues took photos and learned about Diwali and its traditions. The unfamiliar yet charming festivities sparked curiosity and smiles from everyone. 🪔 🪔 🪔   The remarkable growth of the HAESL workforce over the past year has also enhanced our #diversity. It is a privilege for everyone in the #HAESLFamily to celebrate the differences that unite us as a #team on this significant festival. Reflecting on our experience at Sun Hung Kai Properties Hong Kong Cyclothon 2024, we proudly acknowledge our diverse team of 11, representing various departments within HAESL, including Roy Shearer, Group Director Finance from our parent company, #HAECOGroup. This collaboration showcases our unity and commitment across the organisation.   Before the sun rose, our team gathered in Tsim Sha Tsui, ready to join 6,000 other athletes for the annual #Cyclothon. Dressed in our HAESL jerseys, we tackled the extraordinary 50km route, taking in some of the most iconic sights of Hong Kong.   As the sun rose and the city awakened, we crossed the finish line, covered in sweat but beaming with pride for a job well done. This event exemplified our dedication to coming together, leveraging our diverse strengths, and working towards common goals.
