Human Resources Manager - Business Partner

Your Responsibilities

• Implement HR strategies to support company's goals and objectives
• Build strong relationships with designated brands / back-end supporting functions to implement HR initiatives
• Strengthen stakeholder management by providing HR information and analysis for Senior Management & HR Leadership review, such as HR analytics, manpower planning, people movement & reports, reward benchmarking, recruitment challenges, etc.
• Provide HR advice and support to business stakeholders when dealing with employee disciplinary issues, performance issues, grievances and complaints
• Implement employee experience journey, including onboarding and offboarding processes
• Partner with HR Centre of Expertise (COE) teams, including Talent Acquisition, Reward & Recognition, L&D, and others to align, develop and implement key HR initiatives
• Lead regular store visits to obtain Voice of Customer (VOC) and provide follow up action
• Act as an ambassador / host for employee engagement activities

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in human resources management or related disciplines.
• At least 10 years' experience in HR generalist/BP role
• Strong stakeholder management and interpersonal skills
• Strong analytical mind and people management skills
• Independent, proactive with positive attitude, enjoy working in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
• Excellent command of both written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin)
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint
• Work location: Next to Wong Chuk Hang MTR
