Human Resources Officer (1-Year contract)

Responsibilities:

• All round HR generalist role
• Mainly responsible for recruitment coordination, C&B operations and training support not limited to assist in staff onboarding/Offboarding process, training session support and reimbursement administration
• Assist in maintaining HRIS system and maintain digital and physical employee files and HR related documents
• Collaborating with service provider on managing outsourcing staff and benefit related matters.
• Take part in HR analyses and reporting
• Provide support to business partner for designated department(s) on staff-relationship matters
• Participate in other ad-hoc projects and assignments

Requirements:

• Degree holder in Finance, business administration or related discipline
• Minimum of 1-2 years’ experience in all-rounded Human Resources. Fresh graduates with strong numerical and analytical skills will also be considered.
• Hand-on experience in HR Management System.
• Well versed with Employment Ordinance
• Proficiency in MS Excel such as vlookup, Pivot tables, basic formulas
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese, proficiency in Putonghua is a preferred
• Detailed-minded, Mature, self-motivated, proactive and innovative
