Human Resources Officer -- HRBP (Up to 35k)

Recruitment focus C&B At least 1-2 years of experience in HR recruitment What you’ll be doing? Recruitment and Selection: Assist in the recruitment process by creating job descriptions, posting job vacancies, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and performing reference checks. Coordinate with hiring managers to ensure a smooth recruitment experience for both candidates and the organization. Assist to admin employee benefits programs, such as health insurance, retirement plans, and leave entitlements. Assist in salary administration, including salary reviews, bonus calculations, and payroll coordination. Participate in ad-hoc HR projects as assigned Who are we looking for? Degree in Human Resources Management or business related disciplines At least 1-2 years of experience in HR recruitment Well-versed in Hong Kong Employment Ordinance, legislations and relevant regulations Strong sense of responsibilities, attention to details and able to perform multi-tasks Independent, flexible, result-driven, analytical with good communication and interpersonal skills Diplomacy and professionalism in dealing with sensitive and confidential information Highly proficient in MS applications, especially in Excel You will have an advantage if you are/ have good command of spoken and written English and Cantonese Immediately available is highly preferred Interested parties please send your resume to iris.mok@manpowergrc.hk
