Our client, a global tech company is hiring for HR Operations Specialist. You will be responsible for providing standardized and centralized HR services through a shared service model. Supporting employees and managers with HR transactions and queries.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Ensures delivery of effective day-to-day HR services for employees and leaders.
Oversees the daily HR operations, including manage the entire employee lifecycle, from onboarding to offboarding, policy interpretation, HR system, etc.
Collaborates with regional team and HRBP to optimize local HR processes to maximize automation and self-service options.
Partners with HR Business Partner to understand their needs and determine how operations can support them.
Manage payroll process from calculation to payment, and payroll related issues, including annual tax filing, statutory social welfare.
Collaborates with internal audit team and external auditors to complete audits of HR operations and payroll as required.
Supports HR-related projects.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS, SKILLS AND EXPEPRIENCE:
Bachelor’s degree
Min. 3+ years of HR operations & payroll experience
Familiar with local labor law, employment regulations and tax policies
Excellent communication and relationship management skills
Experience with HR technologies and data analytics
Logical and result-driven
