Position Summary

Marketing Coordinator

is responsible for the overall management, planning and execution of Pfizer’s Meetings and Congresses including internal meetings, external meetings such as Marketing Symposiums, and Congress support for local and overseas speakers based on plans aligned with the business. The colleague will also provide administrative coordination to Pfizer commercial teams.

Position Responsibilities

Marketing Operations

  • Prepare relevant access right and materials for Marketing new hire, including MAPP Navigator, GCMA, and relevant system enrolment etc
  • Routine housekeeping for post-meeting promotional materials
  • Routine drug reconciliation for Patient Assistance Program
  • Communicate and coordinate with Commercial team on any ad hoc request
  • Support Pfizer’s purpose, ambition, bold moves, behaviors and culture and engagement strategies and initiatives

Meetings & Event Management

  • Responsible for the entire Meetings/Events planning, execution and reconciliation process such as:
  • Manage end-to-end Local/Overseas Meetings/Events logistic processes, including but not limited to congress registration, visa application for overseas speaker etc
  • Comply and ensure adherence to the SOP and other Corporate policies in service delivery in every aspect
  • Gather and analyze all information associated with meeting operations.
  • Perform meetings reconciliation and post-event follow-up

Qualifications

  • University graduate or commensurate experience
  • Minimum of 5 years’ administrative experience, preferably gained from MNC
  • Experience in Meeting, Congress Planning and Execution preferred
  • Detail-minded, independent, able to work in matrix environment and collaborative
  • Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
  • Proficiency in MS applications including Word, Excel, OneDrive, Teams. Experience in application support and/or application administration preferred (Ariba)
