    Therapeutic synthetic oligonucleotides represent unique analytical challenges in late-stage development. To meet stringent regulatory requirements, highly specific and sensitive methods such as liquid chromatography-mass spectrometry (LC/MS) must be used. However, neither chromatography nor mass spectrometry data systems have the capabilities for the typical QC analyst end user to run a highly complex method. In this presentation, Brian Rivera, Software Product Manager at Agilent Technologies, presents a paradigm shift in software with Oligo Analysis Accelerator for OpenLab CDS.     Ovaj tjedan održala se druga konferencija "Žene koje mijenjaju znanost: odvažne znanstvenice u Kanadi i Hrvatskoj" / "Women Who Are Changing Science: Driving Bold Research in Canada and Croatia" i to u utorak 8.listopada na PMF-u u Zagrebu a u srijedu, 9. listopada, na Sveučilištu u Rijeci. Istaknute znanstvenice, žene koje trenutno oblikuju budućnost znanosti u Kanadi i Hrvatskoj, poput dr. sc. Rime Al-Awar (Rima Al-awar, University of Toronto), dr. sc. Samanthe Gruenheid (Samantha Gruenheid, McGill University), dr. sc. Rose Karlić (Rosa Karlic, PMF Zagreb), dr. sc. Andreje Ambriović Ristov (Andreja Ambriović-Ristov, IRB), dr. sc.     #conferenceRecap Last week, I got to present on behalf of Phase Holographic Imaging at the #FEBS3+ Meeting in beautiful Pula, Croatia, on #QuantitativePhaseImaging and the waves this technology has been making in live cell analysis. 🌊🔬 Bonus: managed to squeeze in some late summer sun before heading back to Sweden! ☀️ The scientific program was absolutely packed with exciting topics—biochemistry, molecular biology, biotechnology, and biomedicine. I had some interesting conversations about #3Dcellculture and new research tools & methods that are catching people’s attention. Catching up with scientists and industry experts over poster sessions and coffee was a huge energy boost! ☕☕ ➡️These chats really made it clear to everyone how valuable real-time, non-invasive cell monitoring is, whether you're in research or clinical work. A work highlight of the week? Demonstrating how PHI's #HoloMonitor provides label-free #QPI data for single-cell tracking—especially in distinguishing cell migration vs motility. It sparked some fun conversations: "Do you really know what your cells are up to? 🏖️😉" Big thanks to Ines Topalović Piteša for the valuable discussions on regional sales strategies.
