ping is a global voice-based technology company whose mission is to provide smartphone users with security, comfort, and efficiency. The only voice technology with a patent that can read any message type in more than 100 languages automatically and on-demand on iOS, Android, and Alexa. Ping made mobile devices safer and more productive by using voice as the engagement layer. This led to client value, cost savings, and income for a wide range of B2B partners and third-party apps, such as the gig economy, transportation and fleet, automakers, mobile operators, roadside assistance, and the automotive aftermarket. The objective of Cinnamon was to give the ping app features that our competitors thought were inconceivable. After years of development and more than 70,000 lines of code, we refactored everything to introduce new architectures, libraries, and patterns that accelerated the introduction of new features and increased reliability. Ping's CEO, said, " They are reliable, and communication is excellent. They would even put in extra time when I had a deadline.
