  • Our Marketing Club turns 5! They grow so fast, don't they? 🥲 For our Marketing Club #5 we are joined by Josip Glasnović, Marketing Cloud Technical Lead at LeverUP & Goran Crnčić, Salesforce & Braze Consultant at LeverUP. How is AI reshaping the marketing landscape, and what are the key developments in marketing automation today? How can companies ensure that AI supports their goals and values rather than undermining them, and what does it take to successfully implement AI in a traditional business setting, especially in companies where outdated practices and leadership resistance may stand in the way? 🤔 Josip & Goran will aim to answer these questions with their case study of BITĖ Group telecomm who partnered with LeverUP to implement an AI-driven product recommendation system in their customer communication channels. The outcome went beyond mere business success, sparking a cultural shift within the company that emphasized innovation and growth. 🚀 🗓️ November 12th 2024 🕢 6PM 📍 CroAI HQs (Zavrtnica 17) 🔗 https://lu.ma/rz999om3 See you next week! 🔜

  • [HEROES' STORIES 🦸🏻] This October, our mentors visited eight schools, where they talked with students about real-life experiences and helping them see what’s possible beyond textbooks. First up, Ivor Bakša (Triple Innovations) kicked off with a visit to OŠ Josipa Račića. “Kids see the bigger picture faster than adults and connect things quickly,” he said, adding, “Just be ready for a flood of questions… and bring chocolate! 🍫” At Ekonomska i upravna škola Osijek, Dejan Iličić (AI Center Lipik) shared how a simple idea can grow into something impactful. A teacher noted, “It was inspiring for students to see what’s achievable with just one good idea and determination.” Trpimir Kvesic (InSky Solutions) went to Xiii. Gimnazija Zagreb, where he shared stories of his own journey. “I have to admit, I felt truly fulfilled during and after the talk. Nearly the whole school showed up, and the discussion continued well after with these bright, ambitious students.” At Glazbena Škola Zlatka Grgoševića, Tomo Ricov (Weekend Media Festival) left a lasting impression, with one student saying that if Tomo had his own show, it would be called The Man Who Turned Failure into Success. Meanwhile, OŠ braće Radić welcomed Daniel Pikl (Chatbot agency 🔥🚀), with one teacher summing it up: “He was fantastic, and we’re glad to have heard his story!” At Škola za medicinske sestre Vinogradska, students were so engaged by Filip Đerke’s (KB Dubrava) journey that the session ran twice as long as planned, inspiring some to even consider a career in medicine! Over at Športska gimnazija, Filip Petković (Sofascore) made an impression with his talk. The students were so inspired by his stories that they came up with a creative title for his session: Filip the New Pele. Finishing October's journey, Miroslav Kovač visited OŠ Ernestinovo, where students summed up his story as From Mud to Gold—a reminder that hard work and resilience can turn challenges into success. And now, we’re looking for more mentors! With over 30 schools waiting, it’s your chance to inspire students with your story—no scripts, just 45 minutes to ignite curiosity and ambition. 👉 Become a mentor: https://lnkd.in/dYDisT2v

  • As AI continues to evolve, the field of multi-agent systems is at the forefront of innovation, particularly in conjunction with large language models (LLMs). Recent research has shown that deploying multiple agents collaboratively offers substantial benefits in tackling complex tasks. By dividing tasks among agents, these systems reduce the risk of hallucinations—incorrect or nonsensical responses—and significantly improve the accuracy and efficiency of AI model. 🔍 For our 17th ML Pub Club, we will be joined by Davor Runje, Co-founder and CTO of airt, a company known for creating advanced AI solutions for businesses. With over 20 years of experience in software development and AI, Davor has helped shape practical AI tools that solve real-world challenges. He’s actively involved in developing large language models and multi-agent systems, focusing on building efficient and accurate AI systems. 🤓 Together with Davor, we will explore how multi-agent systems can handle intricate problem-solving scenarios, and how collaborative agentic frameworks are setting a new standard in the AI industry. ⚙️ We’ll also focus on the practical implementation of these systems through cutting-edge tools like AutoGen, an open-source project from Microsoft Research and Fast Agency , which provides a streamlined environment for deploying these systems into production at scale. 🚀 🗓️ November 5th 2024 🕢 6PM 📍 CroAI HQs (Zavrtnica 17) 🔗 https://lu.ma/wsn2ly1c Davor Anicic Ivan Borko Matija Ilijaš

  • [MEETUP ALERT] Croatia has seen a spike in cyber threats this year, with attacks on hospitals, banks, and public institutions. With the new DORA regulation on the horizon, we’re asking: Can AI make Croatia more cyber secure? Our expert panelists bring diverse perspectives on the topic. Tom Vazdar, founder of Riskoria Advising and Professional Services, LLC, highlights AI's potential for quick threat detection and vulnerability management but cautions about new challenges: “We need clear ethical frameworks to address challenges like deepfakes and advanced attacks.” Bojan Alikavazovic from INFIGO IS believes that AI is a powerful ally, but with a crucial caveat: “AI is an excellent collaborator, but it’s far more important to first rely on our own intelligence.” From the National CERT, Jakov Kiš stresses the importance of staying up-to-date: “Keeping pace is crucial, especially with fast-evolving technologies like AI.” He’s excited to exchange ideas on how AI can safeguard our digital spaces. Damir Pavusin, regional executive at Axians and CroAI (Croatian AI Association) board member, brings his broad perspective on cybersecurity across Europe and the transformative role of AI within it.
