Last week, we welcomed 50 ambitious students to our facility for a day of hands-on learning and career exploration. Through guided tours, they got a close look at our production lines and EV technology. In focused speed dating sessions, they connected with our experts to discuss opportunities and career prospects in our Battery Systems department. Back in 2020, our first all-female engineering team came together in Battery Validation. They developed the validation and testing processes that shaped how we assess EV battery performance, creating a foundation that has evolved alongside our technology.  Today, this team has grown nearly four times larger with engineers from around the world, while maintaining 60% female representation - showing how technical skill and diverse perspectives continue to strengthen our work.

With high volumes comes a growing need for fresh perspectives and talent to drive our continued success. That’s why we were thrilled to host our annual Powering Tomorrow: Battery Systems Speed Dating event, where we welcomed 50 ambitious students eager to explore career opportunities with us. Participants toured our facility and production lines, engaged with our team in speed dating sessions, and put their knowledge to the test at our Rimac Trivia Station, with prizes up for grabs!   Are you passionate about battery systems or other EV component engineering and operations fields?
