We are happy to introduce the newest member of our team, meet Tijana Stevchevska, our Behavioural Science Intern! 🎉 Originally from North Macedonia, Tijana discovered her fascination with human behaviour during her undergraduate studies in psychology at the Eötvös Loránd University in Budapest. It was during her time working with the UNHCR that she recognised the power of behavioural change frameworks in shaping impactful communication campaigns. Driven by her newfound curiosity, Tijana relocated to London to pursue a master's degree in behavioural science at the LSE. During her studies, she became more interested in the application of behavioural science to consumer behaviour and behavioural design. Currently, she is undergoing a UX/UI design bootcamp as she aspires to one day blend her practical design skills with her behavioural science knowledge. Her ultimate goal is to specialise in helping companies optimise their products, redesign their customers’ journeys, and incorporate behavioural insights into how they communicate about their products. Thrilled to be joining BeHive, Tijana is excited to have the opportunity to work with real-world clients in the city and region she still holds dear to her heart.
