Some of our team in Ballineen recently took part in a Nature and Nurture Fundraiser in aid of First Light. Making use of the good weather, team members enjoyed a yoga session while learning about the history and wildlife of our Walled Garden area 🌻 The money raised will go towards helping First Light to provide professional crisis intervention and counselling services to parents and families. Well done to all who took part 👏

Today marks #WorldMentalHealthDay and this year’s theme is Mental Health at Work. Our farmers are at the core of everything we do. They face twice the risk of suicide and poor mental health than the non-farming community, according to a recent report from the UCD Agri Mental Health Group.
